There must be a government collusion in keeping NEO's (Near Earth Objects) pretty quiet if possible until right after they go whizzing by or immediately before. I saw the news program blip about it and it was very brief. I believe the government (as much as is possible) keeps the lid on these NEOs right up until it is too late to panic or right AFTER they pass to keep the public from a panic. This was a rather LARGE object and isn't it amazing that we heard nothing about it until after the fact?
