Mandeans in Iraq are not Christians, please check up Mandean and Mandeanism in wikipedia and on the internet, Mandeanism considers Jesus Christ as a false prophet, and they worship different spirits and consider John the baptist as a holy figure.

This religion has nothing to do with Christianity, and this is a totally pagan religion, although a minority one in the world.

I do pray for all people suffering genocide, but i fail to understand why should mandeans be included as Christians ? they utterly reject Jesus and consider Jesus as dangerous. This can be confirmed through variety of materials about the Iraqi Mandean Religion on the Internet.

they are a totally different religion and Anti Christian religion, in fact they persecuted many Christians in the past when Mandeanism was widespread. Now they are getting persecuted by Islam. Its just a bad cycle of events.

We ask God to bring peace to Iraq in Jesus Name.
