N. Korea Attempted Terrorist Attack On Seoul & Tokyo During 2002 World Cup
In December, 2001, a suspicious N. Korean ship appeared at the water to the south west of Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. After trading fires with Japanese Coast Guard, it was sunk. Now we secured a testimony that it was carrying special ops to mount terrorist attacks during S. Korea-Japan World Cup Soccer Tournament. At the time, Japanese authorities and media gave more weight to the analysis that the ship was sent to smuggle METH(into Japan.)
According to August issue of Monthly Chosun(Wolgan-chosun; note - a well-known S. Korean news magazine,) Chang Sung-jun(alias; age:60,) a N. Korean defector who came in 2004, revealed, "The ship in question was carrying 22 elite special ops(terrorism specialist.) They were to sneak into Japan and conduct terrorism training(rehearsal) for five months inside Japan, and mount terrorist attacks on S. Korea and Japan." According to the article, Mr. Chang heard this from a high-level figure of S. Korean operations office which is under Operations Dept of N. Korean Worker's Party.According to the magazine, the high-level figure told Mr. Chang, "The ship was to infiltrate into Japan via Kagoshima coast under a cloak of darkness on Dec. 24, Christmas Eve. During the month 2002 World Cup was held, no visa was required to move between S. Korea and Japan. They tried to exploit it." Mr. Chang, who spent 33 years at an intelligence-related job, also heard this story from multiple families of deceased spec ops. The widow of Lee Dong-chul(real name) told him that her husband's last words, when he was about to go on the mission(board the ship,) were, "Don't worry! I will come back with the whole world knowing about our exploits." According to the widow, the funeral (of spec ops) was attended by families of 28 members who were on board, and all were given 'Title of Hero' and the families were awarded 'Medal of Title of Hero.'
The article continued, "According to Mr. Chang, N. Korea's top leadership called up heads of all operations office right after the ship went down in Dec, 2001, and conducted 'Ideological Battle Session.' Under Kim Jong-il's (personal) supervision, each office was given an instruction, 'Each section, such as administration, is to discuss what went wrong with their duty.' Kim Jong-il also gave personal lectures at the session. This implies that he gave a direct order to dispatch 'terrorism ship.' Kim Jong-il apparently was badly shaken by the operation's failure. After the terrorism operation during World Cup Soccer Tournament failed, he might have chosen instead to attack S. Korean Navy (ship) on Yellow Sea in June, 2002 while the tournament was still in progress."
It went on, "According to the final report published 15 months after the incident by Japanese Coast Guards, who engaged the N. Korean ship, no clear evidence was shown to back up the allegation that the ship carried N. Korean METH. Only two blurry photos titled 'dumping of what is suspected to be (material) evidence' were attached. If what was dumped was indeed METH while the ship was chased by the Coast Guard ship(s,) this means that the 'terrorist attacks at World Cup' was the main objective, while 'METH smuggling' was the side mission."
It said, "If their mission was the terrorism, and they were to conduct the rehearsal of terrorist attacks, the operatives needed money to pay for their expenses. METH on the ship could be for financing their operation.

And remember Clinton gave N. Korea 4 billion dollars to construct nuclear reactors and N. Korea immediately went to work building nucelar weapons.
