Who could possibly trust the UN to watch Hezbollah?  Perhaps Russia, Syria and Iran!
 
Don't fall prey to the sound bite mentality.  Remember only less than 6 years ago how honest the self proclaimed honest brokers for peace the UN was regarding the last kidnapping of Israeli soldiers.  Their uniforms were used in the deal, they hid the video tape from the Israeli's for nearly a year denying even its existence until concrete evidence showed up and then they tried to play that it was all some bureaucratic error.  Don't bet your life on it.
