I don’t pick up hitch hikers. Too much crime that way. It’s not safe to be a hitch hiker either.
 
There they were as I went around the loop of the interstate highway interchange. Two men and a child. Hispanic. Walking. Not hitching, just walking. Robbers often use a woman or child to appear safe. Even knowing this, I had an instant urge to stop and pick them up. I also thought, “I shouldn’t do this.”
 
This was November 11 of 2000 after HOLY SPIRIT began revealing to me people whose bodies had died. I assumed this would be another case, but they all three looked so young for that kind of medical problem.
 
Their car had broken down (obvious story). They were clean and polite. Rodolfo Vasquez spoke English (kind of). I was concerned about the situation, particularly with the other man sitting in my back seat behind me. Rodolfo thanked me first, refused my offer to help him get a can of gasoline and return to his car, and wanted only a ride to the nearest telephone.
 
My concern was quickly relieved when Rodolfo picked up papers tucked in beside the console of my car and asked, “What is this?” This would normally be considered downright nosey and rude in any country. The papers were copies of miracle stories and mostly death-of-body experiences. I knew immediately that HOLY SPIRIT was controlling all of this and I was going to learn about another person whose body had died.
 
Yup! Rodolfo’s dad had died nearly ten years earlier in the Leon, Mexico, hospital. The family had not told anyone, but now as part of the extraordinary sequence of HOLY SPIRIT revelations to me, Rodolfo was telling me.
 
The rest of this story is anticlimactic to the 2,812 of you who have been reading these stories from me (remember this was written in 2002). To the many thousands of additional people who now receive the e-mails, you can read the previous cases on the website. Rodolfo’s dad had a body-killing heart attack. He tells of the same experience as other people who have been clinically dead. That confirms the miracle when you compare it to the “Near Death Experience” (not dead) cases where the imagined experiences (brain still functioning) vary as much as our normal everyday thoughts. There are few similarities between the NDE experience and the Clinical Death experience.
 
This story is not about the details of the death of Rodolfo’s dad’s body, but about amazing HOLY SPIRIT activity. How would you feel if God revealed something to you miraculously over and over again?
