"Re: Donna's Prayer Request"
John and Doves,
It seems that each week, VeriChip has found another use. First the rfid implant
was for pets. Then it was for electronic medical records. Then they suggested
its use for immigrants. Then came the news articles about using the Verichip
for Alzheimers patients. This week they want to use it for the those with
a "chronic condition"
(THAT covers a multitude of generalities).
Now they move beyond the health arena and get right down to
expediting matters.
The following article suggests the use of Verichip for Airport security
clearance ( ID ).
Well, once the just-for-ID purposes are broached, that opens up Pandora's
box for sure. From there on, it's "anything-goes"-ID, especially for use at
grocery stores ( all retail POS) and for all banking
transactions ( e-payments ).
This ID chip will have access power ..for the internet as well as buildings.
It always amazes me that this chip can be mentioned for human purposes right
alongside with tracking animals, as if the obvious comparison with cattle
should not cause one to gasp with repugnance.
Here is a quote from their article:
" VeriChip also touts the potential for using the chips
for identity verification at airport security checkpoints.
Implants are used for limiting access to secure areas with confidential information
and to track livestock. "

I can still remember when the FDA said it would not approve the chip if information
were written on the chip itself.
Verichip said that all the information would be in databases only. But now
they are saying that there will be some medical information directly on the
"module" ( meaning the Verichip ).
Hackensack uses VeriMed system -- July 17, 2006
"VeriChip calls the RFID a personal
health record module. The information on the module
will include medical information from Horizon BCBSNJ's claim records, such
as lab test data and pharmacy prescription information. This module emits
a 16-digit number that links the patient to their electronic medical record
when a special hand-held scanner is waved over it.

I can also remember when the FDA said it would approve of Verichip
for medical records, but not for financial or security purposes. Yet
Verichip is going in that direction and also in the direction of the right
hand, as stated in an article I sent in earlier this week.
The reason the FDA would approve of the Verichip for Verimed purposes is because
it is implanted in a muscle in the arm. But when they implant it in the right
hand for financial and security access purposes, it cannot be guaranteed in
such thin layers of flesh just under the skin. There is not the same
bulk of tissue as in a muscle.
It is that right hand or forehead implantation that causes the "noisome and
grievous" sore as stated in Revelation 16:2 , we believe.
God's Word helps to protect us from all of these things. He ever loves us
and guides us along the paths of righteousness.
In Him,
