Dear friends:In the past few days, I have forwarded messages pointing out that the following see 2006 as an important biblical year.
1. In his book, “Signs of the End,” author Daniel W. Matson sees the rapture in 2006.
2. Some 300 years ago, Sir Isaac Newton reportedly saw 2006 as the year the process of Armageddon would begin, and that from that year, it would not be long until the coming of the Messiah!
3. In author Michael Drosnin’s 1997 book about the Bible codes, he said he found 2006 as a year of war.
From Bonnie Gaunt. After I reported the above about 2006, I received an e-mail from prolific biblical writer, author and friend, Bonnie Gaunt, who said, “Jesus said, 'As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the son of man.' The days of Noah would end when Noah died. Noah died 2006 years from the date of the sin of Adam. From the sin of Adam to the flood was 1656 years. Noah lived 950 years, and the flood came when he was 600. So subtract 600 from 950 and it leaves 350 years. Thus, add 350 to 1656 and we get 2006."
From Dr. Andy Myers. Yesterday I received in the mail some charts put together by a reader, medical doctor Andy Myers. Amazingly, he began to believe way back 20 years ago that the rapture would be in the year 2006, based on his research and discovery of Noah’s death 2006 years from Adam and the quote above, “As it was in the days of Noah.” He also calculated that Abraham was born 1948 years from Adam. I believe it was Randy Bullock back in the mid-1990s who pointed out that the first Jew, Abraham, was born in 1948 (from Adam), and the last Jew (Israel) was born in 1948 AD. Andy does not believe God is arbitrary about these things and that they have prophetic significance. I agree.
From Cinda Godfrey in 2000. Today I was looking through some old files and found something significant from December 18, 2000, almost six years ago. It was a print-out of a post on the Five Doves site by Cinda Godfrey. This was before the 2000 Presidential election. Cinda reported a Benny Hinn vision the preceding summer that showed George W. Bush (before he was elected) to be the last American President. If true, he has only about a year and half to go.
Cinda was sharing the Benny Hinn vision with a friend who has a daughter, Julie, now in her mid-30s, who sometimes is able to see things in the future. In a vision, the daughter saw the Alaskan air crash two days before it happened, and even drew an exact map where it went down. She tried to warn the airline but no one took her seriously. She also saw two separate murders in her hometown days before both happened, but again, no one took her seriously. Cinda says, “As we were talking yesterday about the conclusion of Election 2000, Julie told me that she heard the news that George W. Bush had been named the winner while driving on the expressway with her car. She said she immediately had a vision of GWB in office while millions of people ‘disappeared.’ She said they all vanished into thin air and she couldn’t understand the significance of the vision. When I explained the rapture to her, Julie was so excited.”
What is especially interesting about this experience is that, at the time, Julie was not a Christian and did not know anything about the rapture! She could not have conjured it up from some theological predisposition.
Julie did not reveal whether or not George W. Bush was one of the ones who disappeared! I will leave that to your political leaning.
