(IsraelNN.com) Hizbullah terrorists attacked the Lower Galilee cities of Afula and Nazareth around 11 p.m. Sunday night, the furthest south they have penetrated since they began to unload their arsenal against Israel last week. No injuries were reported.
Afula, more than 30 miles south of the Israeli-Lebanese border, is located southeast of Haifa. Nazareth, a nearby city whose majority population includes Arabs, also is home to sacred Christian sites. Several Islamic Jihad rallies inciting the population against Israel have taken place there the past several months.

(IsraelNN.com) Hizbullah terrorists late Sunday night added the Jezreel Valley, between Bet She'an and Afula, to the lengthening list of targets for Katyusha rocket attacks. The area, about 20 miles south of Tiberias, primarily consists of farms belonging to moshavim and kibbutzim.
Ballistic experts are examining the rocket fragments to determine if they were longer range weapons than those fired on Haifa. Additional rockets also struck Nahariya, on the northwestern Mediterranean Coast. No one was injured in the blasts.
