"Where is the national army?"  Is one of the codes found.  This sounds like a criticism of Olmert's stand-off approach.

"going to carry him down to Egypt".  Sounds like Shalit has been smuggled out of Gaza into Egypt.
 
If these codes can be relied upon, then the good news is that Shalit may well be alive.  Since no proof of life has been offered by terrorists, I was concerned that they may have killed him already.
