"EDDIE SON"

Revelation is written using different various verses throughout the Bible.  Most of the verses in Revelation are past verses written in the Old testament and New Testament.  John the Revelator did see these things but wrote about most of it using past verses used by the other prophets such as Ezekiel.  In Revelation Ch. 20 he mentions Gog and Magog (refer back to Ezekiel 38).

In Revelation ch 20 verse 9 it says

Rev 20: 9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

This verse sounds like and match with  Ezekiel 38:22 which says

Ezekiel 38:22 And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that [are] with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone.

The battle of Gog and Magog takes place just before the great tribulation?

??? Israel is at peace for the first 3.5 years so it cant be before the great tribulation because there is peace for 3.5 years. Thus it has to occur either at the beginning or end of the great tribulation.
