"Fairfax County's Treatment of Churches"

Regarding Fairfax County prohibiting McLean Bible Church from having Capitol Bible Seminary's Bible study classes on church property, this isn't the first time Fairfax County has harassed a Christian church. They also charged fees of church groups for the use of school facilities, while allowing secular groups to use the facilities free of charge. See Fairfax Covenant Church v. Fairfax County School Bd., 17 F.3d 703 (4th Cir. 1994). Also, another church had trouble with Fairfax County giving them misleading property tax information. I've also heard that in Fairfax County, it's very difficult for churches to get building permits.
