And for the record, even if scholars do not consider this to be rapture-related passage, I certainly do! For these reasons: "Your time of punishment is here." (v 4) WHEN will God punish the world for its iniquity? During the time of testing (during the tribulation).
And also ~ v. 6 speaks of people's closest relatives & associates turning on them -- and this is a mirror of Matthew 24, of what will be happening during the tribulation also.
Yes, by all the signs in the world, His coming is very, very, VERY soon!!
