To Elisa

Blessings Elisa!

It is obvious to me that the Holy Spirit has guided you through the "minefield" of medicine. He has made you a blessing to your family. Keep up the good work.

Let me make a few comments concerning some of your questions.

1.) "...milk (but I can't get raw unfortunately)"

WHERE CAN I FIND REAL MILK PRODUCTS?

Don't Drink Your Milk!

2.) "...do you still think it would be appropriate to do a ketogenic diet? "

If your daughter was having frequent or grand mal seizures, I would try the ketogenic diet. If she was having a simple "twitch" occasionally, I would simply allow the body time to remove the neurotoxins. (It appears as if you already are supplying her adequate and appropriate fats. Smart Mom!) If she was an adult, I would recommend other methods of detoxification. (Intestinal cleansing, saunas, etc.). Her "twitch" may be a seizure (centered in the brain), or it may be "an excited" peripheral nerve. It is difficult to determine, even for doctors. If a person is without kidney disease, there is little risk of any problems with a protein or ketogenic diet as long as the person isn't dehydrated. I would be more concerned about gallbladder problems, which can be prevented with things such as garlic and liver flushes. (Gosh ! I'm beginning to sound like a naturepath ).

You might want to pick up some activated charcoal capsules, to carry with you. If she happens to get into one of these excitotoxins again, give her three or four capsules a couple times every 15 minutes until she returns to normal. Activated charcoal will bind up to 350 times its weight in any toxins. Be aware that the activated charcoal will also bind any prescription medication that might have been given that is still in the stomach (over the last two hours). Activated charcoal can make you constipated and will make your stool black. It is excellent for nausea, and I use it for flu symptoms.

3.) "... if you have cancer a high raw vegetarian diet would be very good to heal and rest your body, but I am unsure if it is true that it would be the ideal diet...."

Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez, M.D. (New York City) has been extremely successful treating cancers with diet. ( http://www.dr-gonzalez.com/ ). He uses over 100 different diets. He tailors the diet according to the individual (carnivore, herbivore, omnivore), somewhat like Dr. Mercola (including lab results), and the type of cancer. Most "hard tumors" were treated with more of the vegetarian diet, where the "soft tumors" (like leukemias) are treated with meat and fat diets. The hard tumors (breast, prostate, Lung) are treated by alkalizing the body, while the soft tumors need an acid environment. He prescribes "peace and meditation" for hard tumors, and recommends "violent" video games for the soft tumors. (Demonstrating that his studies recognize the "mind -- body" connection.).

4.) "...healthy vegetarians ..." " Could that be the "glow" that Daniel and those young men had, when they went off the Kings Delicacies and eating a high pulse diet? "

Today, it takes a lot of work and education to be a vegetarian. Someone who eats eggs, milk and fish, really isn't a true vegetarian or eating Daniels diet . It is my own opinion, that since the flood the energy levels of everything on planet Earth are decreasing. This has been measured, and in my opinion effects plants and animals too. We can no longer survive by simply eating plants. If we only eat plants, we must juice them to obtain enough energy and nutrients (increased volume and concentrated). There is more energy in fat and protein than in the carbohydrates. (Not just calories, but also electromagnetic energy.). If the Lord doesn't come soon, we will probably have to start juicing our meats.

The "Kings Delicacies" were probably deficient nutritionally, and "Daniels pulse diet" probably contained far more nutrition than today's vegetarian diet. As I mentioned in a previous post, an expert in herbs (Dr. Schulze) discovered that he had to triple and quadruple the strength of his tinctures in the 1970s to obtain the same results his teachers were having in the 1930s.

5.) "...so I probably should go just for a health check...should I? "

Why? If you're not broken, there is nothing to be fixed. If the Holy Spirit tells you to go to the doctor, or if you have a broken bone or laceration, need a pacemaker, an emergency, or are a promiscuous sinner, okay. Allopathic medicine (that's what you call modern Western medicine) is usually pretty good at making a diagnosis. But even in that process, we frequently do harm. The AMA finally admits that physicians are the number one known reported cause of death in the United States. Some studies have shown that less than 5 percent of all medical errors are ever reported. Let the Holy Spirit guide you, continue your excellent diet which maintains your immune system, and see your doctor for emergencys or to witness.

God Bless You! Brother John.
