Today, we are announcing the official launch of Caesar's new Web site, just completed. It was constructed with the invaluable free help contributed by my friend Mike Vest, who is retired from the U.S. Coast Guard and is now a professional Web designer. The site is at http://www.freecdtracts.com .
From this site you can listen free to all of Caesar's CDs and you can tell others about them. This can be a wonderful witnessing tool for you, as well as a blessing to yourself. I find the messages stirring and edifying in my own life.
Check the site regularly for new CDs. Listen, be blessed, and tell others!

Mailing orders now stand at # 340. Free CD Tracts are currently in 40 states and also in 25 countries. Of which, 20 Pastors are now part of the distribution. Total CD Tracts mailed out in the last 3 weeks are closing in on 2,500. There are many who are currently duplicating CDs and passing them out. Praise God for their faithfulness.
There are even a few who have elected to become "Contacts" in their respective countries to assist me in distributing these CD Tracts in that part of the world. I praise the Lord for their help and I'm now actively seeking other "Contacts" in other countries, especially Australia.
The website will allow a lot larger distribution with the help of other "Sowers for Christ" who are willing to take up the calling to get these CD Tracts in as many hands as possible.
It's my desire that all previous folks who requested CD Tracts to at least register on the "Free CD Tract Online Store." This way I can at least provide them with any future updates regarding new CD Tracts.
I encourage all to leave feedback and testimonies on the guestbook as the Lord leads.
I'll be uploading a few more CD Tracts within the next two weeks. I hope to have them ready by Friday, but won't wait to officially launch the website.
Also, if there is any subscriber who knows of material that can be used in these CD Tracts, please have them mail it to my address and I'll prayfully consider it in my next compilation. I've already received a few CDs and some will be included on the website soon.
This ministry is centered around the principle of "Koinonia". It's in "joint participation" we can accomplish so much more as a cohesive and unified Body of Christ. Take for instance....
"Koinonia" in Spreading the Gospel:
GAL. 2:6-9 tells how Peter, Paul and other apostles were given the "right hands of fellowship" indicating joint participation in the spread of the Gospel.
Koinonia in Material Things:
ROMANS 15:26,27. The word "contribution" is Koinonia .
2 COR. 8:4, "fellowship"
2 COR. 9:1, "distribution"
Fellowship in the New Testament means joint participation in some area, defined by context. In no passage is fellowship presented as a goal or end in itself - it is merely the by-product of common goals or possessions. Thanks again for your efforts to get this ministry off the ground, especially your recommendation of Mike Vest. You and him have been a huge blessing. So many lost souls we'll be forever grateful as they come into a saving knowledge of our Lord and Saviour.
