I love testimonies of God's power manifested through the faith of His people. The below is a good one, from The Miracle Report, The Good News Letter.  Be blessed, encouraged, and by your faith may you consistently release the power of the Lion of the tribe of Judah to those around you.

Matthew 17:20: “And Jesus said unto them, . . . . .: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.”

Testimony:

When I was a child of about 8 years old I had a godly faith-filled incident that I will never forget.  I had been reading a small book that had mostly illustrations of biblical stories.  One of those stories was about Jesus healing people. It also related the scriptural passage above. My religion was Christian by statement but did not align up it’s teaching according to the scriptures.  Jesus was not LORD in their concept of things; he was just an enlightened teacher.

Being very young and wanting to believe in the miraculous loving power of God I became motivated by a “still small voice” within me to move in a godly, faith-filled way.  I put down my bible storybook and walked from my bedroom across the hall to my dad’s room.  He was getting dressed to go somewhere. I said to him, “Dad, the wart on your hand, you don’t need to have it, Jesus wants you to be healed.  So be healed.”  He nodded his head to me as an acknowledgement and smiled.  Then I turned and walked back to my bedroom.

I was about to sit down on the floor when I heard an exclamation from my father.  Then he called me to come to him right away.  I went immediately.  He held out his hand to me and said, “Look, look, my big ugly wart is gone”.  I can’t believe what I said next.  “I know, Jesus always heals.”  My dad was astounded.  I turned and walked out of the room and back to my bedroom I felt good all over.  Jesus now seemed very real to me.

Many years later after I was fully-grown, then and only then did I actually become born-again.  By this time I had seen the power of God work very effectively in all sorts of healings.

When my father arrived at my house one day many years later, he entered my home and it was obvious that he was having critical trouble physically.  This time when I prayed for him the power of God struck him with great force as I laid my hand on his forehead and proclaimed “Healed in the NAME of JESUS”.  He fell into a chair, and could not move for some time, and he was healed.

God had brought simple FAITH to me and nurtured it into a dynamic, power-filled GODLY FAITH.  But it all started with a simple “child like” FAITH many years before.  Now as a GODLY father I hope to work to bring that FAITH filled power to bear in my children’s’ lives so that they and their families may have a better life and also bless many other people with GOD’S miraculous FAITH-filled power.
