This was from an African who saw in the spirit what would happen in Rowanda.  Apperantly many were warned the same way but few heeded. He also warns of the same happening in the US and France. Please read the article, it is worth it.
 
Several years ago I also had a frightening dream of France. It occured in Paris around that famous arch that the cars drive by. What I saw was this. It was a beautiful summer day and there were large crowds of people milling around enjoying the day, suddenly the crowds started rushing away. They were being chased by extremely cruel people dressed in civilian clothes with guns and forced the people to sit down in groups. There were some women doing this also. If anyone moved they shot them in the face point blank with short shotguns. This seems to go along with what this African pastor states in the above vision re France, a spirit of genocide comes on them and a cruel attack by demon possessed militants just like in Rowanda. He indicates the same spirit will happen to America when things fall apart from an attack in the country which also causes the economy to fall. Muslims are rounded up and many are forced to persue them.
