How would you like other Christians to tell your faults once a week at a Christian meeting?  Or how would you like to confess to other Christians all your faults that you committed in thought, word, and in deed since the last meeting?  I don't think someone telling you your faults would be as bad as having to confess all your faults in thought, word, and deed because that might prove embarrassing at times, but it would certainly help to keep oneself humble knowing that they themselves were a sinner.
