If anyone knows who they are referring to in the article in the following quote, please let me know as it can't be Jesus Christ as the Jewish people don't believe he was the Messiah, and it can't be Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson who they called the Moshiach (Messiah) because he was born on Nisan 11 according to this article at http://www.chabad.org/therebbe/timeline.asp?AID=62023  and not on Av 9, the day the Temple was destroyed.  He is also no longer alive.  Here is the quote in question:
 
"The very day (on which the Temple was destroyed), Menachem (the messiah) was born."
