Bless your heart!  Thanks for the continued prayers!  I am only now expecting a couple of good offers.  I've had to borrow $ to keep from losing my condo.  Its been a nearly complete Job experience first with my father being killed by a series of errors by hospital and doctors, then coming down with a mysterious illness that took months for doctors to come up with an approach to get me back to normal, then the long delay in finding a position, and then my closet friends announcing during my darkest hours that I must have commit some horrible sin for God to do all this to me......and somewhat abandoned me.  But you didn't!  Thanks so much!
 
  One position that I am expecting an offer from, there is another Born Again Christian on the team.  Throughout my career that has been SO rare to meet another Christian in my line of work (accounting/auditing).  Also, the hiring manager just lost her father 2 months ago, so she was very sympathetic about my not having worked for a while.  So naturally I am leaning toward this real estate company.  But just last Friday when we were in final negotiations, I had one more telephone interview with a Mgr from New York who wants to expand their consulting business to penetrate the L.A. and San Francisco markets.  He seemed very interested in me, and I am supposed to have a 2nd interview with another partner today.  I would have the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a new consulting firm, which could translate into serious $....(should the Lord tarry!).   So now I have two very interesting doors open!  I'm doing the usual "pro and con" list hoping it all become obvious.
 
  So, if you are willing to pray a little more, to make sure I make the right choice here, God's perfect will for me, I would be deeply appreciative!
 
  I have never had so much difficulty landing a good position before in my life!  But it may be that God knew that I wasn't really healthy enough.  Each month I am feeling stronger and more like myself.  Looking back these past few months since I started looking in March, it could be a blessing in disguise that nothing came through yet.  It would have been a horrible experience to have started something and then rapidly became too weak to hold down the job.  I was sick twice in May, for example, and not even under any job pressure yet.  I was ready "financially" to start looking for a job in March, but perhaps not really ready healthwise.  Perhaps Father knew best afterall.
