Hello Doves,How many times have you confronted someone with the truth and they in return said something like, "Get outta here", "It's over", don't show your face here again" ......in an angry rage. Maybe you witnessed to a girl or boy friend after becoming a Christian, and they angrily told you to never come back or call again. "You're no longer welcome here!"
Maybe your family harbors a dark secret and you've been threatened to keep quiet because it would ruin the family business if this got out. "Keep your mouth shut" you're told.
Maybe you're a Pastor out of seminary that is interviewed by an evangelical church and then told privately you are the wrong race for "our community of believers" (this I heard about as really happening as I knew the Pastor interviewed.

Jesus encountered this when the Pharisees and religious leaders tried to push him over a cliff for stating the truth about Himself and that the prophets had not been accepted by them in their own country. See Luke 4:29
John the Baptist, lost his life for speaking out against Herod's behavior.
Apostle Paul and the believers confronted a riot of a whole city for speaking out against idol worship.
