Shalom All,
Here is a comparison of Menorrah's.
The Temple Menorrah was an emblem of the "creation week". It had 7 candlestixs. It's center light (the shamash) was the light that the others were lighted with. Right?
In Rev. 2...there is a likeness of this menorrah, but each church is represented by one candlestick. And G-d/Ya'Shua walk among this menorrah, and give each church a size-ing up, and a call to repentance.
In Zach.4 we find another menorrah...it is the basic Temple menorrah with an olive branch on either end of it. And Zach. 4 explains why. It became the Chanukkah Menorah with 9 lamps.I am wondering about the first 9 days of Av, and how they might relate to these menorrah's. The two olive branches, being two times of G-d/Ya'Shua walking among the candlestixs. The first time...judgement came on the 9th. of Av, for both of the Temples.
While the Temples burned, (see the hyper-link for the 1st. post I did today), on Shabbat day, the Livitical Choir sang the Psalm for Wednessday. The 94th. Psalm; as the blood from the Sabbath days sacrificial blood flowed, and the blood of the people flowed, the Livitical Choir sang Not the song for Sabbath, but the song for the "Day of Vengeance"!
This year, the 9th. of Av, falls on Wednessday...the song of that day is the 94th. Psalm...about the "Day of Vengeance"!The first 9 days of Av (like the 9 stick menorrah) have an interesting thing in their line up.
According to a chart by Greg Killian
everyday is represented by Moses being up on the mountain pleading with YHVH for forgiveness for the incident of the Golden Calf. And
by the spies searching out the Land of Promise.Otherwise:
Day 1 (always a New Moon-New beginning day) is represented by the HIGH PRIEST AARON's DEATH see Num. 33:38

Day 5...the tribe of Judah's assigned time to bring firewood for the Temple see Neh.10:34 and Taanis 26aDay 6...nothing but Moses pleading with YHVH, and the spies searching the land

Ezekiel/G-d tell the elders to put away idols Ez. 20sooo we have these days that had something other than Moses Pleadings for the People, and the Spies searching out the land. I have them in black below.
Av 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 years Temples destroy'd.
Fri mon tue thur Sat
Mon tues wed fri
The years that the temples were destroyed the days of Av ; 9 fell on Sat. while
Av 6 fell on Wednessday.
Perhaps they were singing the prophetic line up of our days of Av!--------------------------------------
This year 9th of Av is on Wednessday....... Shabbat on Av 6.It looks as if the songs of the Levitical Choir could be switched this year ;
OR MAYBE
The Day of the Lord's Sabbath, will fall on Wednessday,
Or Maybe
Wednessday, will be the walk thru the menorrah of Rev. 2. with a two day warning for repentance. Perhaps, Messiah is pleading for forgiveness for all of G-s people, and the spies are searching out the PROMISED LAND! And the Olive Branches coming together...to form a New Menorrah!Shalom,
