    Thank you, Dave Winecoff, for your letter.  We should be grateful that in
this day we have a president who isn't afraid to identify himself with Jesus
Christ and looks to God for guidance.  Christians should be praying for our
president's increase of knowledge and wisdom daily.
    Our country is in a spiritual battle such it has never been in before.
If George Bush does not win the election, I think we would need to kiss our
freedoms, security, and prospects of safety good-bye.
    Because so many churches will not teach the Biblical truths about the end
times, as well as the importance of blessing Israel, a group of ladies in our
area meet together once a week on Monday afternoons for an hour to pray for
our nation and for Israel.  The guidelines for this group (because ladies have
a tendency to talk more than pray) -  no personal sharing during the hour, no
personal prayer requests, no discussion.  We can discuss and share afterwards.
 Intercessors come at 4 pm and leave at 5 pm.  We have a list of subjects to
pray for  - in detail - (even about the kind of textbooks that are being
adopted for schools)
    If anyone would like to begin a home group such as ours and would like
the list of subjects about which we pray, as well as some scriptures,  I would
be happy to send the list to you,  John Tng.
    Encouraging other home intercessors for our nation  - "For where two or
three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them."
