First of all, anything and everything I've said, I stand on, and won't change.
It's not clear to me exactly what it is you don't understand.
If it's supposed to be that I think that the Lord God doesn't know everything about everything; that being what I gleaned from your first sentence; then I totally reject that out of hand, because I would ever say or buy into that line of thinking.
Now if you are trying to infer that the word "King", found in Daniel 2:21 would also represent the word "President", I would ask you whether you're trying to add to Scripture, or whether you read a newer Bible edition that does that.
Within the Book of Daniel, Jehoiakim, King of Judah, and Nebuchadnezzar, King of Babylon, are the two types that Daniel 2:21 is referring to as being King types who the Lord God sets up, who He can remove at His will.
The Scripture that you included is a just passage of Daniel's dream interpretation to Nebuchadnezzar as to the 'king' reference; and it is Daniel himself, who the Scripture refers to as being a "PRESIDENT" .
The Scripture below clearly differates between 'King' and 'President' for this instance.

Following are the primary word definitions of the words "King" and "President".
Pres·i·dent 1. One appointed or elected to preside over an organized body of people, such as an assembly or a meeting.
King 1 A male sovereign. 2. One that is supreme or preeminent in a particular group, category, or sphere.
The differences between the two is obvious: a King is not a President and a President is not a King, as you want to infer.
And the founding fathers who were the architects of our form of government were themselves clear about the differences between the two offices.
There was one group who wanted to set the new nation up as a Kingdom, and they wanted to appoint a King from among themselves to rule over them and the nation; and they wanted George Washington as this King.
Then George Washington, and another group rose up and said NO, the nation should not be under the sovereign rule and government of a single man, and to be chosen by only a small select group of people.
George and the other group believed that every rank and file common citizen within the nation should have a part in the process of choosing leaders for national leadership positions.
And those elected leaders voted in as servants of the people rather than appointed supreme rulers, could also be voted out; so as not put in place a dictatorial position over the people like the system that they had just broken free from.
George's group wanted a democratic process, with there being more than one choice to choose from.
They also knew that one man rule was where tyranny came from, and where the rights of the majority didn't count.So they went with the presidential electoral system making the office more about being a servant than a dictator.
So just with keeping the "KING" subject within the confines as a kingdom principle, which it is.
NO, the Lord God would not, and could not step in directly and setup or remove a President; and still stay within the confines of His kingdom principle concerning kings as you outlined in your Scripture from Daniel 2:21.
Although the Lord God can do anything and everything He well wants to do and He does know everything there is to know about everything; there are still kingdom principles that He has set forth that He must honor, because He Himself is an honorable Lord and King, who keeps His own Word and dictates--as far as His kingdom principles are concerned.
People must understand that His kingdom principles are permanent, and cannot be altered for any reason.
And if you remember, the Israelites rose up after so long a time, and wanted a human king placed over them like the rest of the Gentile heathen nations all around them, rather than continuing to be lead by the Lord God through the Judges.
So that the Lord God gave in and setup a king over them, and the name of the first king one was Saul.Up until that time, the Lord God had been their King, and had ruled them through various "Judges", who were actually "Deliverers"; who acted basically as emissaries of the Lord God.
The first Judge was Moses who delivered them out of Egypt, and then Joshua who delivered them into the promised, and on down the line through a series of Judges, including Deborah, and right on up to Samuel who was the last one.
Most of them were Prophets, except Moses who was more of an Apostle type, and was set apart from the rest.But they still wanted a human king just like the other nations; so they finally got a human king just like the other nations.
And all those kings are indeed within the kingdom principle of being placed and removed from their position in the free will of the Lord God, and that carried right through to King David and beyond right up to the Lord Jesus Himself.
And that also went for every king of every nation in every generation, right up to the present time.
But in the case of the Lord Jesus, He of course wasn't displaced, but given the highest honor in Heaven.
And even though the office and position of "PRESIDENT" doesn't fit within the framework of a "KING", the Lord God still has worked His will in U.S elections and others as well, through the hearts and minds of the masses doing the voting.
And for generations, this voting process has been pure, and its been clean, and the will of the Lord God could be worked.
But that is no longer the case, and I went about making mention about this situation in my last post.
There is a small group of evil, wicked satanists who can now control how the vote goes by fixing, rigging, and manipulating the voting process, and in effect hijacking the process with modern technology for the benefit of the satanic NWO.
So that with the way it has became, both the voters will and the Lord God's will has basically been thwarted by satan.
Oh sure, the Lord God could step in at any ole time, and fix the whole deal, and right all the wrongs; but He chooses not to do that--and that's also for His own purpose.
