After reading your 7/23 post at http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/july2004/clay723.htm  about watching for the Rapture in an election year, I decided to look at the 2004 election year that takes place in the Jewish year of 5765 which begins on 9/16 of this year.  I used the figures in your post of 538 electoral votes, 416 for Jared (descend), and 270 electoral votes to win; and I found the following for the Jewish year of 5765 when I descended from that number.
 
5765 minus (538 x 11) = -153 fish (symbol of the church.)
5765 minus (416 x 11) = 1189 total chapters in the Bible.
5765 minus (270 x 20) = 365 Enoch's age at his Rapture to heaven.
 
Below are also some other interesting things about 5765:
 
5765 minus (1080 The Holy Spirit in Greek x 5) = 365 Enoch's age at his Rapture.
5765 minus (1688 Lord Jesus in Greek x 4) = -987 the year Enoch was raptured.
5765 minus (55 Bride in Hebrew x 51) = 2960 Son of Man in Greek minus (55 Bride x 44) = 540 (Noah's ark in inches from bottom to top) minus (55 Bride x 108) = -5400 (The Holy Spirit 1080 x 5).
5765 minus (291th day -- your rapture pick day x 18) = 527 (Jared's age when Enoch raptured) minus (291th day x 2) = -55 Bride.
 
As you call, your measurement from the bottom of Noah's ark to the escape window was 522 inches which amounted to 34 hrs. 48 minutes which could also be written as 3448 (Jesus Christ in Greek + The Holy Spirit 1080 = 3448.) I found that you can descend from 3448 by 291 (291th day) all the way down to 538 electoral ballots since 3448 minus (291 x 10) = 538, or in reverse 3448 minus 538 electoral ballots = 2910 (291th day x 10).  Another interesting thing that I found about 3448 is that 34 hrs. and 48 minutes = 2088 minutes (522 measurement from bottom of ark to escape window x 4 = 2088), and 2088 minutes + 1080 The Holy Spirit in Greek = 3168 Lord Jesus Christ in Greek.  Also 2088 minutes minus (291th day x 6) = 342 which is the measurement from the bottom of the second deck floor on Noah's ark to the escape window.
 
Harpazo (rapture) is the 726th word in Greek in Strong's concordance dictionary as you know, and 726 is also tied into the 538 electoral votes in the electoral college, the 270 electoral votes to win, and 416 Jared (descend).   726 Harpazo minus (538 x 3) = -888 Jesus Christ in Greek, or in reverse Jesus Christ 888 minus (538 x 3) = -726 Harpazo.  726 Harpazo minus (270 x 3) = -84 Enoch in Hebrew.  726 Harpazo minus (416 Jared x 3) = -522 measurement from the bottom of Noah's ark to the escape window.
 
You also mentioned in your post that in the United States House of Representatives that there are only a maximum of 435 allowed, and that Jared lived 435 years after Enoch was raptured.  435 also tied in with your rapture pick date of 10/17 which is the 291th day of this leap year, and elections are normally held in leap years.  1017 minus 291 = 726 Harpazo minus 291 =  435 total number of U.S. House of Representatives allowed.  435 can also be seen in the measurement of the ark which are 300 cubits in length x 50 cubits in breadth x 29 cubits to the escape window which omits the top 1 cubit of the ark because 300 x 50 x 29 = 435,000.
 
Just a couple of other things that I found which have nothing to do with the electoral votes, and they are Jesus Christ in Greek 2368 + Jesus 888 in Greek = 3256 minus (291th day x 11) = 55 Bride minus (291th day x 2) = -527 Jared's age when Enoch raptured. Jesus Christ 2368 in Greek minus Jesus 888 in Greek = 1480 Christ in Greek minus (Jesus 888 x 5) = -2960 Son of Man in Greek.
