Those more versed in the Hebrew calendar than I can give the details but to my knowledge Pesach would never be on Sabbath, which is Friday evening to Saturday evening.

The Hebrew calendar is lunar which means it cannot be directly tied to the "dates" or even months of our Gregorian calendar.  That is reason for much confusion.
