I know this is not news but I share yet another article regarding the possiblity of no elections in the USofA this year at November.

Quoting the first paragraph:
"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A senior House Democratic lawmaker was skeptical on Sunday of a Bush administration idea to obtain the authority to delay the November presidential election in case of an attack by al Qaeda,  U.S. counterterrorism officials are looking at an emergency proposal on the legal steps needed to postpone the presidential election in case of such an attack, Newsweek reported on Sunday."

Hmmmm ... imagine that!  Did you know there was supposed to be an election in New York on 9-11?   It was cancelled/postponed because of the towers attack.

Testing is always important.  It helps verify hypothesis.

PS  Yom Teruah is September 15/16 (by default calendar) and IF the Bride is called at that time, this year, I don't think the USofA congingent is even going to see an election.
