Hello Everyone,I don't believe I saw a recommendation for Boron in the previous posts.
I have recently learned that boron is the key to absorption of calcium,
and the lack of boron is the main reason years of calcium supplements
provide little help for osteoporosis.Boron opens the cells, so to speak, to accepting calcium, and the best
calcium supplements will always list boron as an ingredient of their
calcium product. Boron can be purchased separately, if your calcium
supplement doesn't contain it.I ran this info by my PHD, virologist, step-father, and he said that was
absolutely correct. Here is a web site page I ran across to confirm the
boron info:
www.vitaminuk.com/pages/articles/quickreferenceguidetominerals.htmI also recommend www.iherb.com for ordering supplements. They carry
over 5000 products, beat the prices of Whole Foods Market considerably,
yet carry the same brands, no shipping and handling after a certain
amount ( I think $49.00?), order arrives in 2 days. You can search for
what you need by organ name, medical condition, or name of ingredient,
etc.God has helped me considerably by leading me to the knowledge I need to
deal with a chronic illness. HE IS AWESOME and available to assist.May God Bless All of You,
