July 30, 2004I write with no startling revelations, no sudden news
developments, no observation of Biblical prophecy nor
do I write to take sides with one political viewpoint
or another. I am writing this literally as I awake to
say that I feel compelled to share my inner thoughts.Much of this is not new and it may have been said and
read many times in the past, yet I have to say what I
feel led to say:God is Sovereign. God is not constrained by the word
or plans of men. God reserves unto Himself unlimited
freedom of independent action ANY time with the sole
condition that He will NOT do anything contradictory
or in opposition to His Holy Word. God is unchanging
and will not change, He is the same yesterday, today
and forvever. He changeth not. God rules the affairs
of men, and nothing takes place in all the universe,
unless it is with His Holy Assent. God laughs at the
arrogant soul who dares to think it is wise and able
to discern and divine what is the Mind of God. Where
were they when God created the heavens and the earth
when He said "let there be..,." and it WAS? When God
first spoke to Moses and Moses asked 'who are you?',
God responded "I AM" - because He is the Eternal, He
said "I AM the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob", and
He said "I AM" in the PRESENT TENSE because Abraham,
Isaac and Jacob are ALIVE and WELL to God Almighty -
for He is the Living God, the God of the Living, and
the soul who trusts Him as their refuge shall not be
forgotten, shall not be forsaken, forever shall they
be with the Lord and nothing can take them away from
His Hands for He is Holy and True to His Word. Trust
only in God, Praise ONLY His Name That Name Which Is
Above every other name - That Name Which Is The ONLY
Name worthy to be praised, the Name of JESUS, for He
is King of Kings and Lord of Lords, and He has said:
"If you have seen Me, you have seen the Father", and
"The Father and I Are One". It is my fervant belief,
unshakable to my core and I know without doubt, that
surely, we will all live long enough to testify, and
to sing truth to the words, "Mine eyes have seen the
Glory of the Coming of the Lord". I cried out to God
"have mercy upon me, a sinner" and by His Grace, and
by His Blood, I am saved and redeemed and I will not
die, but indeed - I shall live forever in His House. The Day of the Lord is nearly upon us.
Amen.
