THE "THIRD WOE" OF THE SEVENTH SEAL.........

IMMEDIATELY AFTER God's TWO WITNESSES are resurrected from the dead and called back to heaven ( Rev 11:12 ) , AFTER their 1,260 day testimony during the Great Tribulation, the SEVENTH ANGEL sounds his trumpet judgment which brings forth the THIRD WOE upon the earth to end  the Great Tribulation according to :

Revelation 11:14-15

"The second woe IS PAST , and behold,  the THIRD WOE cometh quickly. And the SEVENTH ANGEL sounded , and there were great voices in  heaven saying, THE KINGDOMS OF THIS  WORLD HAVE BECOME THE KINGDOMS OF OUR LORD AND HIS CHRIST , and HE SHALL REIGN forever and ever."

Revelation 11:18

"And THE NATIONS were angry , and THY ( the Lord's ) WRATH IS COM E...."

SO, THERE YOU HAVE IT :

 The reason  "THE NATIONS were angry"  is because the LORD'S WRATH IS COME to fulfill  HIS LAST ACT of His Great Tribulation upon the whole world. HE DEFEATS the armies of THE NATIONS of the world  at the Battle of Armageddon. The BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON is the THIRD WOE , which is brought to fruition by the SEVENTH ANGEL'S trumpet judgment, and brings the Lord's Great Tribulation judgment upon the whole world to an end AT HIS SECOND COMING.
