OK so the Lord spoke to me about what many mockers are laughing at us saying that we think everything is a sign, that it is just merely coincidence....the Lord has shown me that in this late hour, that the amount of weapons and technology that is being used is INSANE and that He is doing something different for His children in order for us to know that it is from Him. 

If you read this article, there are technologies that can be invoked by radio frequency to get into the inside of your brain.   And it has been going on for a while.   People have had microchips put in their brain without their consent and have been monitored.   Even  emotions and energy levels can be changed.

So the Lord just wants to remind everyone who sees strange signs, that these cannot be invoked because the government cannot coordinate events in your life.    So the Lord wants to let you know that the dreams are from Him, and the events that you experience surrounding the event is from Him.
