"If your house was burning down around you..."

Hello, John and Doves,
If your house was burning down around you, would you call the fire department, or would call the manufacturer of your electric security blanket, trying to get assurances that it couldn't have shorted out?  Then would you continue to call all the manufacturers of any and all things you had that you thought should not burn?
Well, the Good Ol' USA is burning around us.  There has been a tremendous spiritual falling away, and the AC has definitely been identified with 150 trillion-to-one odds.  [Please read 2 Thessalonians 2:3 with a flash light, and with the flash of epiphany that only the Ruach Ha Kodesh can provide.]
Are we as a nation going to continue to feel free to look to a man of pompous promises and preposterous prevarications for our answers, just because the rapture has not yet occurred?  I speak to Christians who think that everyone is blind to the machinations of the devil--and therefore "no man knoweth."
It is clear that you can't see very far in sand.  And therefore, no ostrich knoweth.
Snarky, am I?  Who cares?
Maybe you haven't read 1 Kings 18.   What does it say?  Go find out!  Get straightened out, if you still desire after righteousness.
How about reading Matthew 3:7, or Matthew 23:27?  If you prefer the Tanakh, how about Isaiah--the whole book.
God freely mocks His enemies--but not in word only.  God delivers on His promises.  You know the old saying, "It's not a threat, it's a promise."  Well, Our God, ADONAI Nissi [YHWH, our Banner], is the quintessential Avenger.
It is written,
"Vengeance is Mine.  I will repay, saith the LORD."  Romans 12:19, Isaiah 66:24
So then, the LORD took vengeance upon Himself for our sakes.  It is written,
"But he [was] wounded for our transgressions, [he was] bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace [was] upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."  Isaiah 53:5
In his blind effort to win the skirmish, "Sat-on" lost both the battle and the war.
It is written,
"But had they known, they would not have crucified the King of Glory."  1 Corinthians 2:8
Just because the enemy does not know anything for all his knowledge, does not mean that all knowledgeable Christians are not to be trusted.
In other words, if the enemy is vanquished for all time [and he is], why can't we know his stupid, wayward thoughts--as if his machinations were transparent?  We can, for it is written,
"Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account."  Hebrews 4:13
"...God hath revealed [them] unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God."  1 Corinthians 2:10
Clearly, what was thought by many to be the second rapture of the saints [the one preceding the middle of D's 70th week] is really the one and only rapture of the Bride of Christ.  Now it can be told.  We have been refined by fire.  God is soon coming to pick up His pure and golden Bride, without spot and without blemish.  He can see Himself reflected in us.
Buck up!
"This is all the more urgent, for you know how late it is; time is running out. Wake up, for our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed."  Romans 13:11  NLT
