I have been thinking of Acts 1:11
lately myself. Can this be talking about Jesus
coming at the Second Advent? I don’t see how. Jesus
will be riding a white horse at the Second Advent.
We will be coming from Heaven following him and
riding on white horses, not rising up to meet him in
the air.
Both the First-Trump Rapture of I
Thess 4:16,17 and the Last-Trump Rapture of I Cor
15:51-54 will have taken place before the Second
Advent.
Here is the progression. The first
Rapture is in Rev 4:1. These are out of all
nations (Rev 5:9,10). In Rev 6:17 and 7:14, we
can see that the last Rapture, that of the
Tribulation saints has already taken place. The
whole Body of Christ is in Heaven. In Rev 8, we see
the Day of God’s Wrath beginning.
Rev 8:5 depicts the asteroid hitting
Earth. It says, “And the angel took the censer, and
filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into
the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings,
and lightnings, and an earthquake.” In Rev 18:21,
Babylon is hit by Satan’s asteroid Wormwood on the
Day of God’s Wrath (probably Tishri 1, 5776, Sept
14, 2015).
In Heaven, it is the time of the
Judgment Seat of Christ and the Marriage of he Lamb.
Rev 19:1,2 says, “And after these things I heard a
great voice of much people in heaven, saying,
Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and
power, unto the Lord our God: 2 For true and
righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the
great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her
fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his
servants at her hand.”
Rev 19:7 says, “Let us be glad and
rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of
the Lamb is come”. After that is the Marriage
Supper of the Lamb. Rev 19:9 says, “Blessed are they
which are called unto the marriage supper of the
Lamb.
Next, 7 months go by. This shows us
that this is a Leap Year with the 13th month, Adar
II. 5776 is a Leap Year. Dan 12:11 says, “And from
the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken
away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set
up (Mid-Trib), there shall be a thousand two hundred
and ninety days.” This is 30 days past the 1260
days, or the “time, times, and an half” of Dan 12:7.
Then comes the Second Advent. Rev
19:11-21 says, “And I saw heaven opened, and
behold A WHITE HORSE; and he that sat upon him was
called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he
doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a
flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and
he had a name written, that no man knew, but he
himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture
dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of
God. 14 And the armies which were in heaven
followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine
linen, white and clean. 15 And out of his
mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should
smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod
of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the
fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. (This is
Armageddon, the final battle).16 And he hath
on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING
OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. 17 And I saw an
angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud
voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst
of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto
the supper of the great God; 18 That ye may
eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains,
and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of
horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh
of all men, both free and bond, both small and
great. 19 And I saw the beast, and the kings
of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to
make war against him that sat on the horse, and
against his army. 20 And the beast was taken,
and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles
before him, with which he deceived them that had
received the mark of the beast, and them that
worshipped his image. These both were cast alive
into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. 21
And the remnant were slain with the sword of him
that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out
of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with
their flesh”.
I don’t think the Second Coming fits
Acts 1:11. The Rapture seems more likely to me.
> >
"Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye
gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is
taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like
manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.”
Therefore, it
seems that Acts 1:11 applies to Jesus coming in the
air at the time of the Rapture. If so, it seems to
be telling us that the Rapture will be on Ascension
Day. This year, it falls on Thur, May 17, 2012, and
the number 17 means VICTORY. That would be a great
day for the Rapture. If you read it backwards or
omit the zero, 2012 has 21 in it too. Several have
seen a 21.
ON
FIRSTFRUITS, Jesus was resurrected. So were many
saints. They came out of their graves and were seen
in Jerusalem.
Mat_27:52,53 says, “ And the graves
were opened; and many bodies of the saints which
slept arose, 53 And came out of the graves
after his resurrection, and went into the holy city,
and appeared unto many”. It seems that Jesus
ascended to Heaven with them and came back that same
day. At first, he could not be touched, because he
had not yet ascended. Later, that evening, he could
be touched.
ON ASCENSION DAY -- 40 days later,
Jesus was seen going up in the air, and he will come
in like manner. It sounds like the day of the first
Rapture. He will come down in the air, and we will
rise up to meet the dead in Christ in the clouds,
then, together with them, go on to meet Jesus in the
air. I’m looking forward to getting back with my
husband Ed that day.
I Thess
4:16-18 says, “For the Lord himself shall
descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of
the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the
dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we
which are alive and remain shall be caught up
TOGETHER WITH THEM in the clouds, TO MEET THE LORD
IN THE AIR: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18 Wherefore comfort one another with these
words.”
On Transfiguration Day, Moses and
Elijah appeared. On Ascension Day, two men appeared,
probably Moses and Elijah. On the day of the first
Rapture, maybe the same two men, Moses and Elijah,
will appear. They seem to be God’s 2 witnesses in
Rev 11.
Your dream of Acts 1:11 may indicate
the date of the Rapture, Ascension Day, Thur. May
17, 2012.
