John,   I have come out of the Catholic Church myself.  Like you, I had a pretty good understanding of what they taught compared to the  average Catholic who just follow the way it is done  and knows not why.   I agree completely with all you say regarding the organization of the Roman Catholic Church and it's false teachings.  There was one point you made....astounding to me.....  you pointed out something I had never considered and something that has so many people saying we can't be this far along cause the sacrifice is not being made and that was the taking away of the daily sacrifice.  What is the Mass is the question? Yes, they perform the "UNBLOODY SACRIFICE" every day all over the world in every Catholic Church.  We can see how totally demonic this ritual of not accepting Yeshua's own words, "It is Finished" is being played out.  That is a the best explanation of the daily sacrifice I've read yet and it sure seems to fit.  It is a demonic slap in the face of our Savior and has been going on ever since Constantine incorporated Chritian beliefs with his pagan beliefs.
 
What a robbery has been performed on these poor people who have a real desire to serve God but just do not know how.  Not until they begin to read His Word themselves will they even dare to question what they grew up doing: bowing, genuflecting, crossing oneself, going to confession, making contrition, abstaining from meat on certain days, etc.  I know your heart must break for either your own family or because of your knowledge for those you know are caught in this spiritual trap.  So, that is what really spoke to me was your explaining that the Sacrifice of the Mass itself is what will be halted later.  
 
I even agree with you that the Vatican will do more than just make Pope John Paul II a saint, they will (somehow) re-incarnate him. He was loved the world over by the Catholics and none-Catholics alike. Can you imagine what a stir that will cause?   Even the Kings and Queens bow down to the Vicar in Rome still.
 
I also agree with your teaching on the fact that this personage that will be the beast is a  spirit/demon.  You believe he will be  Apolo, Abaddon/Nimrod who is released out of the pit.?  Well, we know the King of the demons down in the pit is Abaddon.
 
I believe John, where most people are confused and perhaps in disagreement is the fact that there seems to be two separate people spoken about in Revelation.  One performs miracles and lifts up the a/c.  One comes out of the Sea (political power) and the other out of the earth (religious power..Vatican),  Two spiritual demons yet one goal.   Guess, we could compare that to the Holy Spirit's purpose is to lift up Jesus Christ.   Two in One.
 
The reason I agree with the concept of two separate personages is Revelation 13 speaking of two beasts and in Revelation telling that the polical beast throws off the harlot riding on his back.  Soon, these Kings, Queens, Presidents, Generals, etc. will no longer bow down to the Harlot.  Revelation 17:16-18 "And the ten horns which you saw and the beast, these will hate the harlot and will make heer desolate and anked and will eat her flesh and will burn her up with fire.  For God has put it in their hearts to execute His purpose by haaving a common purpose and by giving their kingdom to the beast until the words of God should be fulfilled And the woman whom you saw is the great city which reign over the kings of the earth".   There is little doubt but that the RCC hiaracy has ruled over the kings of the world since the beginning.  While they've operated as both politcal and spirtual power at times, they did not maintaine this position through-out all of this time.  I totally agree with you, John, that the Vatican will be totally destroyed.
 
The other Mystery Babylon is the "political" power which is centered in the greatest nation to ever exist...the double portion of Ephraim...the USA.  Her capitol will burn and also NY as is seen by the captians on the ships that did commercial business with her, out in the sea watching her destruction.
 
You see John, most agree with all that you said about Rome and your points are so very good concerning the political system will put a stop to her daily sacrifices.  In fact, the a/c can't have that anymore because he will now declare himself go.  The old religious system has to go as does the poltical system.
 
So, my question about the tabernacle/temple could be referring to the physical temple of God on earth in the person of Jesus Christ.  A/C isn't concerned about blaspheming a building but blasphiming the person of Jesus Christ, God's temple.  That is why God  designed the physical temple in the first place, because it pointed to the True Temple.  That is what I was wondering, "Could this possibly be referring to the Holy Temple that is now in Heaven in the person of Jesus Christ?"  Of course there is a grand throne and all up there and will be down here at the end of it all.  But for now???  Thanks John, you have written so much that I can agree with except for the fact that there are two beasts, the a/c and false prophet.  Oh, and yes, the Catholic Churches have their little tabernacle up there at their altars that hold the Eucharist in the Sun Flare container that represents their sun god.  But that doesn't answer my question as I posted below.  Notice that all the things that get blasphemed in the below scripture are directed UP.  Gerlinda
