"Once again, the
144,000 will build the temple!"
Hi John and all Doves! Many thanks to all of
you for all the great articles and thoughts that are coming
forward. Like many of you I await the Lord to gather us
all to Him! The sooner the better!!!
I was reading my
bible this morning and came across some verses that fit in with
my article from 12/22/11.
www.fivedoves.com/letters/dec2011/doran1222.htm
My contention is it
is the 144,000 who will build the temple of the Lord, even in
contentious times. It is interesting to me, although I had
not noticed at the time that it was 12/22 when I posted the
article. I have been seeing this number a lot the last few
years, and while it may be only a coincidence, I find it
interesting because the Lord orders each step I take and is in
control of all I do. Matthew will appreciate this!!
Now on to the real
meat of this message.
Zechariah 6:12
"Then speak to him, sayin, 'Thus says the Lord of hosts, saying:
"Behold, the Man whose name is the BRANCH! From His place
He shall branch out,
AND HE SHALL BUILD THE TEMPLE OF THE LORD;
(13) YES, HE SHALL BUILD THE TEMPLE OF THE LORD. He
shall bear the glory, And shall sit and rule on His
throne; So He shall be a priest on His throne, And the
counsel of peace shall be between them both."' ( in this
instance He was Joshua, and the peace between them both refers
to Zerubbabel, the kingly half of the 144,000).
(15) "Even those from afar shall come and build the
temple of the Lord. Then you shall know that the
Lord of hosts has sent Me to you. And this shall come to
pass if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your
God! ( there is no way this is talking about the second
temple )
Amos 9:11 "On that day I will raise up
The tabernacle of David, which has fallen down,
And repair its damages;
I will raise up its ruins,
And rebuild it as in the days of old;
In Zechariah in my previous article, I mentioned the craftsman
were coming to terrify the 4 horns who have troubled Israel all
these years. In Isaiah 44:13, a craftsman is defined as a
carpenter!!!
The latter half of Isaiah 44:26 line 4, To the
cities of Judah, 'You shall be built,' And I will raise up
her waste places; (Is this a reference to the temple)
Isaiah 44:28 Who says of Cyrus, 'He is My shepherd,
And he shall perform all My pleasure, Saying to Jerusalem,
" You shall be built," And to the temple, "Your foundation shall
be laid."' I think the reference to Cyrus here
is referring to the 144,000. In the next verse it says
Cyrus would open the double doors, So that the gates will not be
shut. So, to me, this Cyrus is someone spiritual and in
the end times.
I will stop there, but it is plain to me that
the 144,000 will build the temple!!!
