Thanks Bro. Jones for the letter.  I felt led to immediately purchase this book yesterday morning (downloaded in seconds to my Kindle) and by late last night I finished it.  I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN.  My prayers for the USA will increase (I am in UK).  I recommend that all Americans should read this book.
