In the spirit I decided to check the moonrise over Canberra Australia on January 28th 2012. I checked 9:15am  nothing them I thought I am seeing we are all seeing 11:11 so I input 11:11am and right over Canberra Australia at 11:11am you see the moon in the tail of the fish and the ringed white horse flying to heavan right over Canberra when Dr. Owour is in conference!
