I've been a longtime reader (4 yrs) and this is my first post here.  Praise the Lord!  I love every single one of you on this site!  I have felt the urgency since the new year and things are rapidly descending into you know where.

I wanted to post this so that everyone is aware that our Government is aware of the earthquake that will happen at the rapture (imminent).  I'm not interested in speculating on the possible causes (HAARP, BP Oil Spill causing fault instability, etc) only want you to know that they KNOW and are preparing.  All those FEMA camps and trains that we saw a couple of years ago, they're gonna use them.  Also look at the dates these were added and the deadline dates.  I keep feeling like Kevin Drake and the saints at godstimeline.com may be correct on their rapture timing.  When combined with the testimony that Dayana T posted, we should be ready.  Please Lord Jesus come!

Also notice that they anticipate 10 days of operations.  That may be a coincidence but it sure is ominous that in Revelation 2:8-10 we read:

And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;
I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are of the Synagogue of Satan.
Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation TEN days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

Sources Sought/Industry Day - Flood Insurance Managed Services

FEMA/National Flood Insurance Program 

The government intends to hold a pre-solicitation conference/industry day to solicit industry feedback and participation regarding the provision of managed services or COTS solutions for its National Flood Insurance Program.  The managed services should focus on providing the IT systems and related maintenance necessary to support the program needs for claims management, property management, location validation, and all related financial reporting. The COTS providers should focus on the provision of IT systems and related maintenance that provide same.

Rockwell Collins iNFINITI Mil Modems

This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source purchase order for iNFINITI Mil modems from Rockwell Collins under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).   FEMA currently owns four of the Rockwell Collins CommuniCase Technology (CCT) devices.  The CCT Network Processor  iNFINITI Mil modems with FIPS 140/Transec Options are being purchased for use in the CCT.  The modems allow for interoperable connectivity to allow maximum communication availability through the CCT.  Rockwell Collins is the only source available that makes the iNFINITI modems to the specifications required by the Rockwell Collins made CCT.   The above named vendor is the only source who can provide the type of modems listed above since these are customized modems manufactured to the specifications required by the Rockwell Collins CCT.

VARIOUS FUELS IN SUPPORT OF DISASTER RELIEF

Defense Logistica Agency - Energy (DLA-E) intends to issue a solicitation in support of Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requirements for delivery of diesel fuel and gasoline on a regional/statewide basis to support disaster mobilization, emergency response and recovery efforts. Vendor support is needed to provide mobile refueling in the event of a disaster to and within a 300 mile radius of mobilization areas, staging areas and other points of distribution within the states of NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, TX, and LA. During a disaster the estimated daily quantity required for each state is 135,000 U.S. Gallons for diesel fuel and 24,000 U.S. Gallons for gasoline. The vendor will be required to maintain readiness capability and deliver within 24 hours notice
