Cont.. and final thought and moving on.
Just 5 things.  1. the word Knew in the Greek does established the no relationship at anytime teaching.  Anotherwords, in today's venacular, I don't know you, never knew you, no relationship whatsoever.  There is no indication in the Greek of any true, established relationship.
2.  The Body of Christ cannot be severed.  I brought that up as well in the description of the Body of Christ.  It is synomous with The Bride of Christ, they are one and the same.
If you are truly born again you will go into the Marriage Supper.  In 1 Cor. the Beama seat is where our judgment is and whether we receive rewards or not.  I cannot see how the Lord would say to his own..I do not know you so out to the outer darkness you go.
The outer darkness is not for the believer.  It is where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.  The judgement is complete and finished for the believer at the Cross. The outer darkness or Hell, which for the Jew was just outside the Old City of Jerusalem was their picture of where those who do not accept Christ will go.
3.   "There will be Christians that assume that just because they bear the name Christian, that they are automatically in line to receive the rights of the bride of Christ.  That will cause them to live with a callousness toward the inheritance out ahead and they will never receive the reward because they didn't realize that it could be forfeited or lost."
This concept teaches that we are not saved by Grace and goes back to a works teaching.  Eph. 2:8-9 address this and I specifically highlighted that it is God's work and ability to save us, not ourselves.  No amount of being righteousness or not living rightly is what establishes a saving relationship with God.  He does this, not we ourselves.  We are not clothed in our own righteous deeds. It is the righteousness of Christ.  Sitting in church does not make you a Christian, it is that being born from above, where the old man is crucified and the new man emerges..
4. If you go back to Matt. 12 we have the dialogue where the heads of Israel (Pharisee's and Sadducees) did the unpardonable sin, they ascribed to Satan the works of the Holy Spirit and Christ's response to it was in vs 32
And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him; but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Spirit, it SHALL NOT BE FORGIVEN HIM, NEITHER IN  THIS AGE, NEITHER IN THE AGE TO COME.
And just what is that mean, speaketh against the Holy Spirit?  Without going into a lot of sciptural passages, "Whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit" is the same thought.  Another words, this is denying Christ as refusal to accept Him as Savior and Lord,  as the Ministry of the Holy Spirit is to convict you of your sin and need of a Savior as the primary role He plays.  I know He teaches you and enlightens the Truth of Scripture and Comforts us.
5.   I am a trichotamist. Anotherwords, Body, Soul, and Spirit.  However there are good Theologians who teach dichotamy, that Soul and Spirit are one and the same.
