"Something about the end time"
Hello everyone
The following probably it is
not so important for those who are saved already, but it might be
urgent for those who are ministered to. I am also interested in hearing
what anyone might think of this.
I believe that Satan has got full
control of the world now. The last 20 or so years he has been "loosed
for a little season" (see below; Rev 20:3 and Rev 20:7). From being
bound to some degree underground the last 2000 years, he has gradually
surfaced now and is in full view (the revealing of the Wicked One) for
those who has become able to see it, because they have put their
confidence in Jesus.
The "being loosed..." started more explicitly
with "the fall of the Soviet Union" which I believe is a prelude to the
Gog-Magog war (or The Battle of Armageddon) marking the end of the
World. Who was really the victim of this fall and who did really fall?
I think it was the West in general and the US in particular with its
Christian heritage and foundations being subdued to Satan's control.
So, from Soviet (and China) we have now got our value system and way of
life threatened. The muslim countries' infiltration is one of the tools
in this.
I believe that Rev 20:2 and the first part (A) of Rev 20:3
really describes how Satan was bound when Jesus was crucified, while
the second part (B) of Rev 20:3 actually may point to how our end time
situation has come about (the " thousand years" is not
necessarily an exact time period):
Rev 20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
Rev
20:3 (A) And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set
a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the
thousand years should be fulfilled: (B) and after that he must be
loosed a little season.
Likewise, on this possible end time scenario:
Rev 20:7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
Could the following actually be the Battle of Armageddon:
Rev
20:8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four
quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to
battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
May the following scripture be a description of the same situation after the so-called millenium:
2Th 2:5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
THE BINDING OF SATAN (the Holy Spirit binds him):
2Th 2:6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
2Th
2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now
letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. (BEFORE SATAN IS
LOOSED)
THEN SATAN IS LOOSED FOR A LITTLE SEASON:
2Th 2:8 And
then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with
the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his
coming:
2Th 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
2Th
2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that
perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they
might be saved.
2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie
Perhaps
Judgement Day is right around the corner and that half of Daniel's 70th
Week was finished at the Cross and the second half of it is "the being
loosed for a little season"
I must admit that I have been inpired
quite a good deal after studying Harold Camping's teachings thoroughly.
But I have always wondered after I started to believe in the Bible,
that perhaps the millenium is behind us.
Sometimes it seems to me
that the Powers that be, the Elite, who certainly are very well
knowledgeable about Bible prophecies, try to consciously mimic the
prophecies and at the same time try to make us believe that there are
many prophecies yet to be fullfilled while most of it may have been
fulfilled already. Obama may try to play the roll as "The Antichrist"
so that AC may be confirmed to be a political figure, for the purpose
that we shall believe that the 70th Week is still ahead of us.
Perhaps
Antichrist in the Bible is only another name for Satan and that the
temple referred to is the Body (the human body or the body of Christ)
and the Holy Place is the heart of our bodies. The Abomination in the
temple, as described in Daniel 9, would then mean that the man in the
Church (or the Body of Christ has taken the Adversarer into his heart
rather than the Holy Spirit. The Desolations can be the "taking out of
the way" of the Holy Spirit (see above 2Th 2:7).
I agree with Harold
Camping that the Bible is a spiritual book and not political. The main
reason for the Word is the program of salvation. If we want the proof
of a prophecy, Israels rebirth as a Nation is enough. Everything else
becomes only speculations and can not be used as any proofs, I think.
The
70th week of Daniel has been ahead of us now too long, so I for one
want to look around a little and think of the end time scenario in
alternative ways, just to be prepared whatever may come.
Perhaps it is almost over.
Thank you and blessings.
Best regards
Karl
