"Prophetic Year 360 days ???"

Where in the world did they ever get the idea that there was a prophetic year of 360 days?  Enoch, the 7th from Adam, who came before the Flood of Noah said that there were 364 days in the year; 91 days for a season and 13 months of 28 days each for the year and 52 weeks [7 x 52 = 364 days].  So we started out with more than 360 days per year.
God stretched out the heavens twice: at the time of the flood and in the time of Hezekiah as a sign that he would heal him and those two times added 1 and a quarter days which continues to give us a 365-1/4-day year since the shadow of the dial of Ahaz went down backwards by 10 degrees. That confused the guys in China at the time as their prediction of the eclipses didn't occur when they were suppose to.
Zech. 12:1 "The burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, says the Lord, which stretches forth the heavens, and lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him."
Isaiah 40:22 "It is he that sits upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretches out the heavens as a curtain, and spreads them out as a tent to dwell in:"
Isaiah 44:24 "Thus says the Lord, your redeemer, and he that formed you from the womb, I am the Lord that makes all things; that stretches forth the heavens alone; that spreads abroad the earth by myself;"
Using a false prophetic year will always give you a false timeline.  We are never going to know the "day or the hour" but only the season and we are very close.
