"The book of Esther"

I just finished a study of the book of Ruth which detailed
the story of the kinsman redeemer, the gentile bride and
all of the other characters.  The 'greater picture' presented
therein is a wonderful picture of our savior and his gentile
bride, the church, and of course all of the othe characters
in the literal story have a part in the big picture too.

Has anyone here ever come across a study in which the book
of Esther does a similar thing; present a bigger picture that
the literal story is intended to portray?

It seems to me that Bob Jones Jr or Bob Jones III had something
online, or someone had posted a study by him on this subject,
but alas, I cannot find it.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
