Greetings John and Doves,
Why would our President need to take the oath again? Could it be that the first one was null and void......if not he would have just went on business as usual. He did say his presidency would be transparent and yet a few hours later he takes a second oath behind closed doors in the map room in front of a small group of reporters and not the capitol platform before the whole watching world, with no camera crews, news  photographers, regular press, and just the White House photographer and a few of his closest aides. I didn't think much about it until I read our local paper and  how the president said he didn't have his bible with him but it was binding anyway. He just was not going to swear an oath on the bible was he?
