To all our Friends!I do not believe in and "escape the tribulation" rapture because (among other reasons) I have harvested grain as was done in the Bible. My husband and I have sown seed by handcasting it into the broken soil and covering it to protect it from birds. We also cut weeds to burn after both had grown together in the fields almost to maturity. We know that farmers in olden times cut thistles and briers because they, in most cases, produce seeds ahead of the grains and must be removed before they mature so as not to contaminate the field. They are gathered together because they usually grow in patches. ALSO gathered with them are a FEW of the grain plants and all are burned( a good reason to stay away from the tares!! These grains are usually too weak to continue growing long enough to produce fruit having been weakened by the weeds). Immature weed seeds cannot mature and spread after burned. They cannot be removed too early as that would kill the delicate grain plants. Too late and the weeds contaminate the field and ruin the next crop as well. These things are not known among farmers who use chemicals or do not grow grassy type grains.I believe there are several reasons husbandman parables are used. They are understood by those who live dependent on the Lord. They are understood by those who have generally less means, and they can be understood around the world. But the one that clinches it for me is they are totally right on. For example Noah and the Flood as seen with a harvest model--he and his family were protected during the flood and lived and died afterwards (harvested later), but the wicked were destroyed (gathered and burned!!)All this notwithstanding I love this site because you know the Lord is returning soon and are excited about it (ME too!!!) and see in current events Scripture fulfilled (ME too!!) and want to share it with everybody you can (ME too!!!!!)Love to all the Doves and let's celebrate our differences!!!Unity in Faith, Love in our uniquenesses!Praise the Creator Yah and His Son Yeshua!!
