Though Dr. Panin spent over 50 years of his life painstakingly exploring
the numerical structure of the Scriptures, (generating over 43,000 detailed,
hand-penned pages of analysis), he was barely scrutinized, no one challenged him
for years & the great minds of the day were consistent in their indifference
to his findings. Though when his sceptics found something "fishy", they shouted
loudly! It may very well be that he tried to "fit" some things into a pattern to
make it work, but how can his entire work be thrown out with just
an "impression" of fishyness over one portion of the gospel of Mark? Interesting that I've seen some Bible
scholars suggest (without Panin
or his work even in their minds at the time) that this same portion of scripture
in Mark should not have been included in the Canon & I believe almost
wasn't. Is it possible that Panin didn't know this...couldn't get his
calculations to work in this section like they did everywhere else in the text?
According to Wikipedia, "A
sampling of his discoveries were published, and are still being published
repeatedly."
Now, on an interesting sidenote, about the sceptic....
See the link below, (I almost don't want to put this poison here, but for
the sake of my point, I digress), you'll find the author's name at the bottom of
the article, Brendan McKay....hmmmmmmmm, where have I seen this
name before????
Oh, yeah; he was the guy we saw on the History Channel trying, but failing,
to debunk the Bible Codes. He's the one actually doing the parlor tricks
there!!!!
So......I would suspect he's doing it here too! His fruit is real sour,
moldy even!
Should I believe what this guy has to say about Panin??
NOT!;
For every beauty there is an eye somewhere to see it. For every truth
there is an ear somewhere to hear it. For every love there is a heart
somewhere to receive it. Ivan
