I recently contacted Mr. Madison via e-mail and asked
him about that interview.  He responded by saying:

Now, I was hoping he would have mentioned a time-frame
on the Ezekiel and Isaiah prophecies he spoke of on
Sid Roth's show; but, he didn't.  Anyway, maybe you or
someone else can ask him about that?  Although, I have
a feeling that he is going to say again that it's
mentioned in the book. :)
