Denis, thanks for your letter about the three high peaks. I too was touched by the news of Sir Edmund Hillary's death, as you say, on January 11th. It appears that SIr Edmund's greatness was as much to do with his great work helping the Nepalese people after he and Tenzing had conquered Everest. Apparently he was a humble man. Know anyone like that? Great but humble?

When he died he was 88 or 2 x 44, the same number of lights as was in the twin towers light memorial. (From Annapolis to Bush arriving in Israel was 44 days or 4 x 11)

 

Now then, Jan 11th forms a '111'.

 

President Bush was in Israel from 9th to 11th Jan so he left the same day as Hillary left.

 

President Bush arrived in Israel on the 1st day of the 11th month of Sevat in the Jewish calendar, (Several people have sent in the Bill Koenig article to this effect) forming another '111'. As the article stated, this was the very same day, 3,400 years ago that Moses instructed the Israelites to go in and occupy the land when president Bush is pressing Israel to divide the land.

 

So, from 1/9 to 1/11, we have three days or 1+1+1, forming another '111'.

 

The 9 and the 11 forms a '9/11'.

 

On either the 8th or the 9th of Jan, Hillary Clinton won the New Hampshire Primary against all predictions. Hillary Clinton, back from the dead three days before Sir Edmund Hillary dies.

 

Just my perceptions on these events.
