Hi, precious Doves!
Richard just got a new job. Good news, bad news. Good news is we desperately needed another income, and I know he worried about our finances a little bit. The pay’s not bad, and mine’s real good, so the two together will be great. Besides, I asked the Lord to overlook my whining and complaining about him possibly getting hired as a night watchman, and to give him the job HE wanted him to have… a job that would not be too strenuous on him, and that he could enjoy. And here’s the one he got… working 11 p.m. – 7 a.m., but only 5 days/week, 8 hours/day. The lube job he had only paid him VERY poorly, 6 days a week, and at LEAST 8 hours/day, standing on his feet the entire time! This one will be in a booth, heated in the winter, cooled in the summer, mostly sitting. All I have to do is get used to sleeping without him, and get the dogs used to him leaving at 10:30 p.m. without them waking ME up. I leave at 6:30 a.m. and get home usually at 5:30 p.m., am brain dead after driving 3 hours, and usually fall into a DEEP sleep at around 8:30 p.m. anyway. Now he doesn’t have to worry about the dogs either, because they’ll only be without someone home with them for about an hour or so. And the job is 20 minutes from our home. Pray me and the dogs will get accustomed to the new schedule REAL quickly! Thank You, Father, for the care You provide for your children!!!
Love from your sister in Yahshua!
Peggy
