I appreciate hearing all the info other Doves have found concerning various candidates. This election is SO important to our nation's future! Not only because of the future candidate himself, but whoever he is...will most likely be appointing 3 or 4 Supreme Court Judges during his tenure. That will affect our country's moral compass as much or more than anything else.My two main criteria still remain how a candidate stands on the moral issues of Christianity--abortion and the marriage issues (man+ woman). And now we have the Israel issues also before us. It is my understanding from what I've read that Ron Paul does not support the Marriage Ammendment, so I can't consider him, plus he scares me concerning foreign relations/Iraz/terrorism issues. I think in the face of radical Islam we can't afford to let down our defenses and be soft in any way. Islam sees pulling the troops out as surrendering, and will embolden them, IMHO.I still think Duncan Hunter is the one squeaky clean guy in the group. Here are some videos I've collected on him for those that are interested:Unfortunately, Hunter doesn't have the lobbyists big bucks behind him, and he is going from one town to the next by himself, no entourage, nothing, and having to do it all on a low budget. He certainly needs our prayers, if he's even going to be a contender. But, with World Net Daily behind him, and others who have endorsed him, hopefully he'll get some more funding. It's mainly the media that is slanting attention away from him, again IMHO. May God help us all to have a Godly man to lead our nation through these rough days!
