To answer Mr. Riley's question, the formula would be: One (1) day divided by 360 (days in a year) = .0027777, so therefore one (1) day is equal to .0027777.  Now if you multiply that by 70 (days) you get .194439, which is .002661 shy of being your figure of .1971, representing the number of days left in this year.
