In reply to your 1/30 post at http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/jan2008/fmriley130.htm you could multiply .1971 x 360 days in a Biblical year = 70.956 days or 71 days when rounded off.  To approach it from another angle, you could also multiply 2007 years x 360 days = 722,520 days - 722,449.07 days = 70.93 days which rounded off = 71 days.
